How we do it
Pillars of progress
Our investment strategy pillars are designed to achieve our objectives by leveraging institutional capital through the Student Living Accommodation Fund, a specialised student housing platform.
1 Lead the consolidation of the fragmented student housing market, providing liquidity to owners of best-in-class assets and ensuring students’ access to high-quality accommodation.
2 Develop large-scale student housing communities nationwide, including in underserved peri-urban and rural areas with strong and sustained demand for student accommodation.
3 Be a strategic equity partner in third-party transactions, offering liquidity and expertise to the private sector, government, or university TVET developments. This involves engaging in Public-Private Partnerships and Build-Operation and Transfer models to attract private capital from institutional funders.
